This course provides an in-depth exploration of Entrepreneurship as a process of identifying, developing, and managing new business ventures. It examines the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurial activity, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, and the environmental conditions that foster innovation and opportunity recognition. Students will study the stages of venture creation, from idea generation and business planning to resource mobilization, financing, and growth strategies. Particular emphasis is placed on developing an entrepreneurial mindset, critical problem-solving skills, and the ability to assess risks and opportunities in dynamic markets. The course integrates case studies, experiential projects, and applied research to connect theory with practice. Upon completion, students will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of entrepreneurial theories and practices, apply analytical frameworks to evaluate business opportunities, and design viable strategies for launching and sustaining new ventures.
